We’ve developed language for the most common types of in-will gifts. These are suggestions and should be written or adapted by your legal counsel to fit your situation.
General Support

Specific Program

Remainder of Estate
“I give and devise to: The Union Mission Ministries of Norfolk, VA all (or state a percentage) of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, to be used for its general support (or for the support of a specific fund or program).”
